Ingredients

    Shredded Turkey
    Milk, 1 cup
    Flour, 1 cup
    Butter, 1/2 stick
    White Wine 1.5 cup
    Croutons or bread crumbs
    Parmesan Cheese, 1 cup
    Shredded Cheddar or Motz, 1 cup
    Any Pasta you have on hand
    Salt and pepper to taste
    1 package frozen spinach

Directions

Makes 8 servings
Cook noodles, set aside. Thaw and drain spinach, set aside. Crush croutons and set aside.

Preheat oven to 425.

Melt butter in pan. Add flour, over low heat stir. Add milk, stirring frequently. If the mixture gets too thick add more milk. It should have the consistency of pudding. Add wine, spinach and turkey. Heat through, then transfer into a baking pan.

Mix in noodles and parmesan cheese. Sprinkle with croutons and shredded cheese. Bake for 15 minutes. Enjoy!
