Introduction

A sweet & savory traditional winter salad that our family served at holidays but now we eat once a week! SO easy to make, versatile and delicious everytime! Can be adapted to everyone's liking! Ingredients

    4 C chopped Romaine Lettuce
    2 stalks celery
    1 ripe pear
    1 sweet apple (Golden Delicious or Honey Crisp)
    1 Green Onion
    1/2 C dried cranberries
    1/4 C chopped cashews
    1/4 C Shredded Swiss
    Poppyseed Dressing to taste

Directions

Wash & chop romaine, celery, green onion, apple and pear. Toss to combine. Add cranberries, cashews and swiss cheese on top. Serve with a side of prepared Poppyseed Dressing.
