Ingredients

    1 cup Splenda
    1 cup Splenda brown Sugar Blend
    1/2 cup water
    1 stick butter-do not use margarine
    1/2 tsp vanilla extract
    1/2 tsp baking soda
    1 1/2 cups dry roasted peanuts no skins

Directions

Bring first 4 ingredients to a boil stirring constantly. Boil to hard crack stage. Remove from heat. Stir in the vanilla and baking soda. Then stir in the peanuts. Turn out onto a buttered cookie sheet. break into 40 pieces.
