    4 original whole wheat or spinach flour tortillas
    8oz cream cheese, softened
    1 cup shredded Monterrey jack cheese
    1 cup grilled chicken strips
    4 tbsp finely chopped tomato, drained
    3 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro


1. In a mixing bowl, combine first 5 ingredients. Mix well.

2. Spreed filling evenly over tortillas. Roll up tightly. Wrap in plastic warm and refrigerate 2 to 24 hours.

3. Cut rolls into 1/2'' slices. Place on parchment lined or greased baking sheet.

4.Bake in preheated oven at 350 F for 15 to 18 minutes or until hot and cheese is starting to melt.

Makes about 5 dozen slices.
