Directions
Cut one loaf (each pita is called a loaf) in half, then in 4 triangles then open each of the 4 triangles and cut them in half this gives you eight triangles. Spray a sheet pan with Pam and place the triangles on the sheet pan and put the sheet pan into a 450 degree oven or under the broiler and toast for 5 minutes or when they are nice and brown, turn them over and do the same on the other side. The great thing is there is a total calorie count of 70. These triangles work well for dips, spreads or just for a snack.
