Introduction

Just something my grandma whipped up when we were low on funds. Great side to any low budget meat dish. Have a veggie or salad of your choice and your set. Ingredients

    6oz dry egg noodles (cooked and drained)
    2 T whipped butter
    3 T grated parmesan
    1/8 cup milk (if needed)
    1/2 T dried parsley
    salt and pepper to taste

    Makes 6 - 1/2 cup servings.

Directions

cook noodles per package, drain then add other ingredients till creamy. Serves 6 - 1/2 cup servings.
