Ingredients

    1 lb Tofu, firm (sliced in 16 pieces)
    1/4 cup Soy Sauce - low sodium
    2 tbsp Toasted Sesame Oil
    3 tsp Ginger Root
    2 tbsp Sesame Seeds

Directions

Slice tofu into 16 pieces
spread out large cookie sheet
drizzle with soy sauce mixture
bake at 350 for 30 min until edges are brown
or to desired crispness
