Ingredients

    1/4 cup chopped onion
    1/2 cup green pepper
    1/2 red pepper
    1 1/2 cups pureed tomato
    1/2 cup frozen corn
    1/4 tsp dried marjoram
    4 lean pork chops (4 oz each)

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F

Saute onion and peppers in a nonstick skillet for 5 minutes. Add tomato, corn and marjoram. Cook for 5 minutes. Pour into a one and a half quart casserole dish.

Brown pork chops in a nonstick skillet for two minutes on eash side. Lay pork chops on top of vegetables. Bake covered for 15 minutes.
