Introduction

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    4 filets of tilapia
    1 cup grated parmesan cheese
    1/4 cup butter
    3 Tbs mayonnaise
    2 tbs lemon juice
    1/4 tsp basil
    1/4 tsp pepper
    1/4 tsp onion powder
    1/4 tsp celery salt

Directions

Mix together all ingredients except the fish.
Place tilapia on a baking sheet and broil for 5-7 minutes.
Turn the tilapia over and broil for another 5 minutes. Then spread the Parmesan mixture over top of the fish. Broil for another 5 minutes or until cheese has melted.
Makes 4 servings.
