Ingredients

    1 slice wheat toast
    1 whole egg
    2 t butter or margarine
    salt, pepper to taste

Directions

Using cookie cutter, cut center of wheat toast. Save center to fry with Robin's Nest. Spread butter/margarine on one or both sides of toast. Place bread in a warmed non-stick pan on medium heat. Crack egg in center of toast and fry as you would a regular egg. Salt/pepper to taste. Flip and repeat on other side.

**Stove temperatures vary but if you'd like your egg slightly yolky cook on a lower temperature as the toast tends to brown quickly and the egg won't cook properly on higher temperatures.
