Ingredients

    2 bananas
    1/4 cup splenda
    1 egg
    1 tsp vanilla
    1 cup flour
    1/2 tsp baking powder
    1 tbsp canola oil

Directions

Mix bananas, Splenda, and egg. Add Vanilla, flour, baking powder and oil. Pour into muffin liners and bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Makes 6
