Ingredients

6 Bell Peppers (Red,Green,Yellow,Orange)
1/2 pound hamburger
1/2 Jimmy Dean Hot Sausage
1/3 cup chopped onion
2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup rice
1 cup shredded cheddar jack cheese
1 can tomato soup (10 3/4 oz)
1 can diced tomatoes
2 tablespoons garlic
1/2 cup water
Directions
Makes 6 stuffed peppers Preheat oven to 350
1. Bring large pot of water to boil. Remove seeds from peppers and cook in boiling water for 5 minutes; drain and sprinkle inside with salt and pepper and set aside.
2. Cook rice; set aside
3. In large skillet, brown hamburger,sausage with onion and garlic. Drain off fat.
4. Add tomatoes, worcestershire sauce,1/2 cup cheese and cooked rice to meat mixture.
5. Sprinkle some remaining cheese in bottom of peppers and stuff peppers with meat mixture.
6. Combine tomato soup and 1/2 cup water
7. Place stuffed peppers in baking dish. Pour tomato soup mixture over peppers.
8. Bake covered for 25-35 minutes, until heated through.
9. Remove cover and top peppers with remaining cheese the last 10 minutes of cooking.
