Ingredients

    10 hard boiled egg whites
    1.2 cup raw onion, chopped
    2 teaspoons yellow mustard
    1/2 cup Light salad dressing

    Seasonings to taste.

Directions

Hardboil 10 eggs.

Peel and discard the yolk. Cut up and mix with other ingredients.

Put on bread and enjoy!
