Ingredients

    1 Liter Vegtable Stock
    1 Small white onion
    1 Small fennel
    2 Cups Chickpeas (Garbonzo Beans)
    1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
    2 Stocks Celery
    1 Medium Sweet Potatoe
    1 Teaspoon Ground Sage
    Celery Leaves

Directions

Dice Onion, Fennel, and Celery into small cubes. Heat olive oil in pan, and add vegtables. Saute until light in color. Add Vegtable stock and bring to a boil. Add sweet potatoe and boil until potatoes are soft. Add chickpeas, sage, and celery leaves.
