Ingredients

    2 eggs
    1 T virgin coconut oil
    1 T butter
1 T cocoa powder or Instant decaf coffee
    1/4 t cinnamon
    1/4 t pumpkin pie spice
    stevia to taste (optional)
    boiling water 4-6 oz
    ice cubes

Directions

break 2 eggs into blender. Add all ingredients except ice. Blend. Add ice to desired consistency. Enjoy!

Nutritional info is for decaf coffee. Add 2g carbs for cocoa powder (cocoa is not induction friendly).

Don't shy away from this because of the "raw eggs" The boiling water cooks them just enough & then everything is blended. I don't like slimy things and I LOVE this shake!

I brew a pot of good french roast coffee and then keep it in the refrigerator. I boil some in the microwave and this is my "boiling water", instead.

The raw egg thing just grosses me out. I might try this leaving out the eggs.
