Ingredients

    Ground beef, lean, 16 oz (remove)
    Onions, raw, 1 large, chopped (remove)
    Salt, .5 tsp (remove)
    Cheddar Cheese, 1 cup, shredded (remove)
    *Heart Smart Bisquick (mix only), .5 cup (remove)
    Milk, 2%, 1 cup (remove)
    Egg, fresh, 2 large (remove)

Directions

Heat oven to 400. Grease 9" pie plate. Cook beef & onion until beef is brown; drain (I saute the onions a little before adding the beef to cook). Spread in pie plate; sprinkle with salt, chilies (optional), and cheese. Stir remaining ingredients until blended. Pour into pie plate. Bake about 25 minutes or until bubbly.
