Ingredients

    1lb ground beef, 2 cups cheese, 1 cup sour cream, reduced fat, 1 can 6oz green diced chilies, 1 pkg Taco Seasoning prepaired per directions

Directions

Brown Beef, add taco seasoning and prepair per package instructions. Layer inside tortilla shell, Beef, Cheese, Sour Cream & Chilie Mixture, Olives. Tuck in ends of tortilla towards center and roll remaining shell until shape of a burrito. Place in casserole dish, seam side down on top of small layer of enchelada sause. Once pan is full cover in enchilada sause. Cover and cook for 20 minutes on 450 degrees
