Ingredients

3 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
1/4 cup pesto sauce
2 plum tomatoes
2 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 F. Line baking sheet with foil. Place chicken breasts and pesto sauce in a bowl and toss to coat. Place coated chicken breasts on baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes. Remove from oven and top with plum tomato slices and shredded mozzarella cheese. Bake an additional 3-5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
