Introduction

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    About 2 TSBS olive oil
    1 lb 93% ground turkey
    1 onion diced
    3-4 cloves of garlic
    3 medium size carrots
    1 green pepper, diced
    1 red pepper, diced
    1 jalepeno pepper, diced
    1 15.5 ounce kidney beans
    1 15,5 ounce black beans
    1. 15.5 ounce white beans (cannellini)
    1 TBSP ground cumin
    1 TBSP chile powder
    4 14.5 ounces diced tomatoes

    Light sour cream (optional)
    Light cheddar cheese (optional)





Directions

Saute onions and garlic in olive oil for a few minutes and then add carrots and peppers.

Meanwhile, saute ground turkey in large pan, drain if need. Add sauted vegetables along with the remaining ingredients.

Cook on low for at least 1 hour (the longer the better).

Serve with a TBSP of Light sour cream and/or Light shredded cheddar cheese (optional).

    This was very good I added some hot sauce and some tomato paste too . I also added some Gravy master to darken it and it looked just like beef chile - 9/30/09
