Ingredients

    8 oz Tilapia fillet
    1 package taco seasoning
    1/2 cup Plain non-fat yogurt
    3 tbsp taco sauce
    1/2 cup shredded lettuce
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    1/2 cup chopped tomato
    6 corn tortilla

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 Farenheit.
Sprinkle fish fillet on both sides with taco seasoning. If desired you can squeeze lime juice on the fish also. Spray baking dish lightly with vegetable spray and place fish in baking dish. Bake approximately 10-15 minutes or until fish is done.

Place tortillas in aluminum foil and put in oven with fish.

Mix Yogurt and hot sauce to create a nice sauce to add a Mexican flavor to these tacos.

To serve, put 1/6 of the fish in each tortilla and add lettuce, onions and tomatoes as desired. Put some of the Mexican Yogurt sauce on each taco.
