Ingredients

    Ingredients:


    Cucumber (with peel), 2 cucumber (8-1/4") (remove)
    Red Onions, raw, 0.25 cup, chopped (remove)
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.25 cup, chopped (remove)
    Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average, 1 large whole (3" dia) (remove)
    T. Marzetti's Light Balsamic Vinaigrette House Dressing, 4 tbsp (remove)


Directions

Peel cucumbers and slice then cut slices into 4, so thickly diced, then dice, tomatoes, onions and bell peppers and combine in bowl add your favorite light balsamic vinaigrette dressing and you can add some free kraft light italian also, then just salt and pepper to taste!

    this is a great recipe but if you want even less calories you can use fresh lemon juice instead of T. Marzetti's Light Balsamic Vinaigrette House Dressing, or do 50/50. - 3/17/09

    I made this without the dressing, I used rice vinegar with a little splenda mixed in and 1 T of olive oil. - 8/11/09
