    2 cups Brussel Sprouts (or Brocolli)
    1 cup vegetable Broth
    3 tsp of garlic (or garlic paste)
    1 tbsp of parmesan (optional)


1) mix Garlic and Vegetable broth
2) boil brussel sprouts in Garlic/broth mixture until desired tenderness
3) pour off excess garlic broth mixture
4) garnish with parmesan cheese (optional)

    Very Good
    I thought this was very tasty way to prepare brussel sprouts. Even my son ate them and he usually only eats them drenched in butter. - 10/1/08
