Ingredients

    Ingredients:

    Dannon Light & Fit Nonfat Vanilla Yogurt, 6 oz, 1 cup (remove)
    Granulated Sugar, 1 cup (remove)
    Egg, fresh, 4 medium (remove)
    Banana, fresh, 2 cup, mashed (remove)
    Flour, whole grain, 2 cup (remove)
    *Flour, white, 2 cup (remove)
    Baking Soda, 1 tsp (remove)
    Baking Powder, 5 tsp (remove)
    Salt, 1 tsp (remove)
    Milk, 1%, .5 cup (remove)

Directions

Combine all dry ingredients (except sugar) in a bowl and set aside.

Combine yogurt, sugar and eggs. Stir until well blended. After well blended, add smashed bananas. Combine.

Slowly add dry ingredients to the mix. Half way through, add in milk. Continue to combine.

For added flavor, add a dash of cinnamon.

Bake in oven at 350 for 16 minutes for small muffins. (yields 36) or 22 minutes for large muffins (yields 18)
