Ingredients

3 cups flour (1 whole wheat, 2 white)
1 packet (1/4 oz.) active dry rapid rise yeast
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. honey
1 1/4 c. lukewarm water
1 Tbs. olive oil
Directions
Makes 2 (13-inch) pizza crusts (4 servings per crust)
In large mixing bowl, use 1/2 cup flour with yeast and salt. Dissolve honey in lukewarm water and add to mixture. Add olive oil and with a wooden spoon, mix for 3 mintues. Mix in the remaining flour (dough should be only slightly sticky). Knead dough on a floured surface until smooth, about 5 mintues.
Place dough in a lightly oiled bowl and cover with plastic wrap. Let rise 10 mnutes in warm place. Punch dough down and divide in half. Allow to rise for 10 additional mintues and punch down again. Spread each half on baking stone or parchment paper. Add sauce/topings and place in preheated 450-degree oven. Bake 8-10 minutes, until crust is golden brown. Cool 2-3 mintues.
Easy to freeze extras and re-heat.
