absolutely delectable breakfast that can also be for dinner! absolutely delectable breakfast that can also be for dinner!
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 Boboli prebaked pizza crust
    8 Large eggs
    1 package shredded cheddar cheese
    4 slices bacon
    4 turkey breakfast sausage links or patties
    1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
    1/2 cup chopped green peppers
    1/2 cup chopped onions

Directions

Preheat oven to 375F. Cook bacon until crispy, set aside. Heat breakfast sausage per box instructions, set aside with bacon. In large skillet, sautee veggies until soft, then distribute evenly over the pizza crust. Cut bacon and sausage into 1/4" slices, place on top of veggies. In skillet, scramble 4 eggs and 4 egg whites until soft set, but not fully cooked, add on top of veggies and meat. Bake for 10 minutes, then add cheese. Bake for an additional 5-10 minutes until eggs are fully cooked.

    Good basic recipe. I substituted Jones chicken sausage links... less calories, skipped the eggs and added hashbrowns, Also smeared the dough with low fat cream cheese. - 7/10/21

    This sounds good. I use Boboli all the time as we live where there is no pizza delivery. Hadn't thought about using them for a breakfast pizza though. Perhaps adding salsa down as a sauce would add another flavor layer if you have kids like mine who won't eat their veggies unless sneaked in. - 1/18/09
