Ingredients

1 package no boil lasagna noodles
2 cans 98% fat free Campbell's Cream of Chicken Soup
1 10 oz. package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breast, baked and shredded
1 medium onion, diced
1 cup non-fat milk
1/2 cup fat free sour cream
1/2 cup shredded parmesan
1 tsp. nutmet
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
Directions
Prep: Thaw and drain the frozen spinach; Bake or boil chicken breasts and shred.
In a large bowl, mix together cream of chicken soup, sour cream, salt, pepper, nutmeg, & milk. Stir in drained spinach, diced onion, shredded chicken, & parmesan.
Spread a litte bit of the chicken mixture on the bottom of a 9 by 13 inch pan and then begin layering your noodles according the box directions. Continue to alternate noodle layers with the chicken mixture ending with the chicken mixture layer on top.
Bake in a 350 degree oven, covered, for about 45-50 minutes then uncover and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
