Ingredients

    1 cup frozen fruit
    1 banana
    1/2 cup light vanilla soy milk
    2 tbsp protein powder
    1 tbsp ground flax seed or oatmeal
    2 tbsp Splenda

Directions

Blend all ingredients in blender until smooth. You can substitute fruit flavored yogurt for soy silk, and you can also substitute ground oatmeal for flax seed. Protein powder is optional.
