Ingredients

    1/2 cup flour
    3 tbsp onion powder
    3 tbsp dehydrated minced onion flakes
    2 tbsp + 2 tsp chili powder
    1 tbsp ground cumin
    1 tbsp salt
    1/2 tbsp + 1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
    1/2 tbsp crushed red pepper flakes
    1 tsp sugar

Directions

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Store in an airtight container, preferably in your freezer. 1/3 of the mix is the equivalent of 1 packet of dry chili seasoning mix.

    is the nutrition information on this correct? Seems awfully high in sodium, carbs, and calories. It technically isn't 3 servings, right? It's 3 uses, which would be up to 24 servings (if each recipe was 8 servings) . . . ? - 5/8/09
