Ingredients

    1 1/2 oz coconut rum
    1 oz Pineapple juice
    2 tbsp Lite 85 vanilla yogurt

Directions

blend ingredients together in blender with about 12 ice cubes.

This makes one pina' colada
multiply recipe according to how many you would like to make.

    An old WW recipe that is great and no alcohol is:
    1/3 cup dry milk or 1 cup liquid milk
    2 slices canned pineapple
    dash of rum extract
    dash of coconut extract
    a few ice cubes
    Blend till smooth
    -----------
    Yogurt could be used in place of part of the milk I would think.
