Introduction

This doesn't require any cooking just stirring.

This is a recipe that I got from my G-ma. It sounds really weird when you read ingredients but I love it. I made it a low cal version of my Grandma's but it is just as good.

Ingredients

This recipe has 8oz tub of Cool Whip, 24 container of cottage cheese, 0.6oz packet of jell-o, and 2 cups of pineapple.

Directions

Makes 8 1-cup servings.

Put everything in a big bowl and stir. I let it set in fridge overnight, that gives it time to really let the jell-o mix in.
You can subsitute any cut of pineapple any jell-o flavor I haven't found one that I don't like. This one is my fav though.

Oh my gosh I grew up on this and we also called it the "pink stuff" my mom makes it and it is great to curb that sweet craving!
