    2 cans 6oz tuna
    3 plum tomatoes
    1 avocado
    1/4 cup onion
    1 tbsp light italian dressing
    1 tsp red wine vinegar
    dash black pepper and paprika
    whole wheat bread or wrap

Directions

mix all ingredients together and enjoy on a wrap or wheat bread
