    3 blocks egg noodles
    1 head broccoli, cut into small florets
    1tbs sesame oil
    400g beef strips
    1 spring onion

    for the sauce:
    3tbs low salt soy sauce
    2tbs oyster sauce
    1tbs ketchup
    2 garlic cloves
    1tbs white vinegar


make the sauce by adding all the ingredients together in a bowl till combined

boil the noodles, a minute before ready add broccoli

meanwhile heat the while in a wok or large frying pan, add the beef for 2-3 minutes. Add sauce, simmer for a moment. Turn off the heat.

Drain noodles and broccoli, add sauce and sprinkle with spring onions
