Introduction

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1/2 lb flank steak or stew meat, pre-cut
    1 pack, enriched egg noodles
    1 cup sliced scallions
    2 packets beef gravy

Directions

heat olive oil in a frying pan or wok. Add steak pieces. cook until brown.
cover steak with water and let simmer 10-15 minutes uncovered.
Start cooking noodles.
Prepare gravy mix in a separate bowl.
Drain excess water from meat and add gravy mix. Cook until gravy thickens.
Add to noodles and stir.
Top with sliced scallions and serve!
Makes four 1 cup servings!
