Ingredients

    1 head lettuce, chopped
    1 head cauliflower - broken into bits
    2 cup light miracle whip
    1/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese
    1 lb bacon, fried and crumbled
    1 10 oz pkg frozen peas
    1 med chopped onion
    1/4 cup sugar

Directions

Layer lettuce, cauliflower, onion, bacon and peas. Mix miracle whip and sugar and spread over top of salad. Top with cheese. Cover and refridgerate for 8-12 hours.
