Ingredients

    1 cup skim milk
    1 scoop vanilla protein powder
    2 tablespoons natural peanut butter
    1 medium banana
    3-5 ice cubes

Directions

add ingredients to a blender and mix. pour into a large glass and enjoy. If you like a really cold smoothie, add 4 or 5 ice cubes!
