Delicious homemade teriyaki chicken. Delicious homemade teriyaki chicken.
Number of Servings: 4


    1/2 c. fat free chicken broth
    3 T. lite soy sauce
    2 T. rice vinegar
    1 T. honey

    1 T. safflower oil
    4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
    1/4 t. freshly ground pepper
    4 spring onions sliced thin
    1/8 T. ground ginger
    1 t. minced garlic


Combine sauce ingredients in a bowl and set aside. Heat oil in skillet over medium heat. Season chick with pepper. Cook about 5 minutes per side. Remove chicken to a plate and keep warm. Add spring onions, ginger, and garlic to skillet. Cook about one minute. Add sauce mix and cook one minute more. Pour over chicken and serve with brown rice.
