Introduction

All the flavor.... none of the guilt! All the flavor.... none of the guilt!
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

4 chicken breast (about 12 oz) cut into 2in chunks
1 TBSP Smart Balance Buttery Spread
1 TBSP Hot Sauce (I like Tabasco or Louisiana Hot Sauce) add more or less depending on how hot you want it!
    1 1/2 TBSP White Vinager
    2 TBSP water

Directions

In a nonstick skillet cook the chicken pieces till cooked all the way though, about 3-5 min.
Take cooked chicken out of pan and add the butter to the pan. A soon as the butter has melted add the vinager, hot cause and water.
Add the chicken back to the pan and coat with hot sauce mix. Continue cooking till all of the chicken has been thoroughly coated.
Remove from heat and plate.
Goes great with celery and light blue cheese dressing
Makes about 4 3oz servings

I make this for my hubby when he's snacky. It replaced his chicken wing obsession and he begs me to make these. I bake mine at 425 for 20 mins instead of frying, and we're trying them on the BBQ this summer. I just add half the sauce before they go into the oven and half when they come out. - 4/12/09

I made this recipe one night when my husband ordered himself some "fatty wings." He tried one of these and liked them as much as the wings he bought. The next time he craves wings I'll make him these. I will save him $12 and a ton of calories! - 2/7/10
