Ingredients

    *Farm Fresh Frozen Boneless/Skinless Chicken Breasts, 16 oz , shredded
    Celery, raw, 2 stalk, medium,chopped
    Onions, raw, 1 medium, diced
    Butter, salted, 1.5 tbsp
    Milk, nonfat, 6 cup
    vegetable bouillon cubes, 2
    Water, tap, 4.5 cup
    *Potato, raw, 4 medium , chopped
    Mixed Vegetables, frozen, 16 oz
    *Whole Wheat Flour, 6 tablespoon
    Salt, 1 tsp
    Pepper, black, .25 tsp

Directions

Precook or use leftover chicken breast.

Saute celery and onion in butter.

Add flour and blend well.

Add chicken and remaining ingredients.

Heat until potatoes are soft.

A very forgiving recipe, you can alter the liquid proportions, use whatever veggies are handy, substitute chicken broth for the veggie, etc. Melting a little cheese in just before serving is yummy as well!
