Ingredients

    1 Chicken thigh - skin and bone removed - cut into bite size pieces
    2 chicken legs - skin and bone removed - chopped
    1 7 oz can can of green tomatillo salsa (I like Embassa Green tomatillo salsa)
    ¼ - ½ medium onion chopped coarsely or strips
    1 garlic clove minced
    2 tsbp Olive oil
    1 tsp salt or to taste
    1 tsp pepper or to taste

Directions

Sautee garlic and onion in oil. Add chicken once onion is translucent. Add Salt and pepper. Let chicken brown a bit in pan. Then at the end add green chile sauce and let it come to a boil.
