Ingredients

    1 Can of Western Family Whole Corn
    1 Can Of Western Family Black Beans
    1 Can of Western Family Tomatoes w/ Chilies
    2.5 C. Western Family White Rice.
    2 C. Water
    1 lb Chicken no skins cooked
    6 Cans of Swanson Chicken Broth
    1/2 C Grated Cheese
    Cilantro to liking
    Tortilla Chips to Garnish

Directions

Cook chicken with the chopped onions in pan with NO butter. If it gets dry I add water to keep moist and not burn. Meanwhile Dump into a stock pot Chicken broth and water and start to boil. Drain the black beans and corn add to broth. Dump the whole can juice and all of the Tomatoes and chilies into the broth. Chop Cilantro and add to the broth. Once boiling add rice Cook 10-15 min. Or until Rice is tender.
Garnish with more cilanto if like and cheese with tortilla chips.
