Introduction

We served this with a 1/4 iceberg lettuce wedge, low-fat dressing and a corn on the cob niblet and still had a complete meal of less than 500 calories. Ingredients

    1 refrigerated can of pizza dough
    8 oz 2% shredded mozzarella cheese
    4 oz reduced-fat sliced Turkey pepperoni
    1 egg white
    1 tsp dry mustard
    1 tsp garlic salt
    1 tsp pepper
    4 tsp Italian seasoning

Directions

Spread dough into a large rectangle on sprayed cookie sheet. Brush with egg white. Sprinkle spices evenly, then cheese, then pepperoni. Roll loaf up, lengthwise and pinch ends to seal shut. Place seam side down, brush egg white on top and bake in 350 oven for 30 minutes. Serve with warm spaghetti sauce for dipping.
