This is a great snack which incluses the mono unsaturated fatty acids which are very helpful in getting rid of unwanted belly fat. I divide it into individual baggies of 2oz size to take on the go! Ingredients

    1 cup pecan halves or peices
    1 cup walnuts halves or pieces
    1 cup almonds whole or peices
    1/2 cup cashews
    1/4 cup macadamias
    1 cup semi sweet chocolate chip pieces


    you can also add seeds and other nuts, but it will change the nutritional info, so figure that in if you make the change

Directions

Mix all ingredients in an air tight container. This recipe makes approximately 12 - 2oz servings
