Ingredients

    1 lb Turkey Cutlets
    1 Large Egg
    3/4 Cup Wheat Germ
    1/4 Cup Grated Low-Fat Parm Cheese

Directions

Ready in 20 minutes, Makes 4 servings

Preheat oven to 400. Pound cutlets gently to flatten.

Meanwhile scramble egg with a little bit of water in a shallow bowl. Mix wheat germ and parmesan on a large plate. Soak each cutlet in egg mixture, then dredge in wheat germ mixture before placing on a cooling rack set over a cookie sheet. Bake 15 minutes or until no longer pink, flipping halfway through.
