Number of Servings: 20

Ingredients

1 Betty Crocker double Chocolate chunk Cookie Mix(out of package, not prepared)
    3 cups All-Bran Original cereal
    2 3/4 cups of water
2 1/2 tsp of baking powder

Directions

Preheat the oven to 350F degrees.

Put All-Bran in a large bowl, add water, stir and let sit for 5 minutes.

Mix again, and add the package of cookie mix, and the baking powder. Stir to combine ingredients only. Don't over mix.

Divide into muffin tins. This recipe works great with silicone baking cups. Use paper liners if you don't have them. You need the liners or silicone cups or muffins stick badly. Cook in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes. Let cool completely before removing from cups. Enjoy.

This recipe makes about 20 muffins.

This is a favorite of my kids. And, I feel better knowing it's a treat, but has the added fibre from the All-Bran. I make these now instead of cupcakes. For special occasions I add m&m's or white chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, whatever you like(just a couple to dress the top)
