    *Whole Wheat Flour, 01.5 cup (remove)
    Baking Powder, 1 tsp (remove)
    Baking Soda, 1 tsp (remove)
    Wheat bran, crude, 1 cup (remove)
    Milk, 1%, .75 cup (remove)
    Walnuts, .25 cup, chopped (remove)
    Raisins, .25 cup (not packed) (remove)
    Honey, 0.25 cup (remove)
    *Canola Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)
    *Egg white, 1 serving
    Cinnamon, .5 tsp


Mix dry ingredints in large bowl. Stitr in raisins and walnuts and set aside.
Beat together all wet ingredients.
Pour wet ingredients into dry and mix just until moistened.
Divide in 12 muffin cups and bake in preheated 350F oven until golden. about 12- 15 min
