Introduction

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 Medium head of cabbage
    1 package of cubed cooked ham
    1 Onion (diced)
    1 Green Pepper (diced)
    3 cups flour (wheat)shifted
    3 whole eggs, beaten and frothy(may use egg beaters)
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    Boiled water
    1 cup milk (soy)
    4 tpsp Extra light virin olive oil

Directions

Boil water in large stock pot. In skillet add a little of olive oil and add shreded cabbage, onion and green peppers. Cook til almost tender. Add chopped ham and cook about 15 minutes. While during this mix flour, salt together. Beat egges then add milk and mix til well blended (may be a little stiff just add a little more milk. Drop off in boiling water by using two teaspoon to form dumplings. Cook little at a time til they float. Drain and add to skillet or large bowl and mix well together. Enjoy
