Ingredients

    1 tablespoon butter
    2 tablespoons flour
    3/4 cup sugar, scant
    2 egg yolks, beaten
    1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
    1 cup milk
    2 egg whites

Directions

1Cream: butter; flour; sugar;ADD: yolks, beaten; lemon juice; milk;Beat egg whites stiff.
2Fold into batter;Bake in 8" ungreased dish set in a pan of water, 350, 35 minutes.
3When cool, flip cake onto plate.
4Sauce is now on top
