    4 Hard Boiled Eggs
    4 tsp Mustard
    1 Tbsp Cayanne Pepper
    2 Tbsp Ground Flax Seed

Directions

Cut hard boiled eggs in half.
Remove yolks.
Mash yolks, mixing with remaining ingredients.
Refill whites with yolks.
Makes 2 servings of 2 eggs (4 halves) each.
