Introduction
This is a great dessert, party item or snack! The recipe actually also calls for two eggs, but I had forgotten to put them in one time and it still turned out great so I don't use them. If you want to bump up the protein though, add them and just remember to adjust your cals! This is a great dessert, party item or snack! Ingredients

Flour, white, 2.5 cups
Granulated Sugar, 1 cup
Butter, unsalted, 0.5 cup
Milk, 1%, 0.5 cup
Baking Powder, 2 tsp
Salt, 0.5 tsp
Maraschino cherries, 24 cherries, diced.
*Just Black Cherry Juice, 4 oz
Directions
Cut butter into sugar until crumbly. (add eggs and mix if using). Sift flour, baking powder and salt together. Alternately stir in dry ingredients and milk. Add cherry juice. Fold in cherries.
Lightly grease and flour pans.
Bake as follows:
1 large pan 300*F for 1hour
2 small 350*F for 40min
9 mini loaves 350*F for 30-45min
Bundt 325*F for 1hour
Makes 48 servings
