Ingredients

2 Tablespoons chili powder
2 teaspoons dried oregano leaves
1 1/2 teaspoons ground cumin
1 Tablespoon Extra Light Olive Oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 medium onion, halved and thinly sliced
1 bag Birds Eye The Ultimate Southwest Blend frozen vegetables
1 large sweet potato, cooked peeled & diced
1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
3 Tablespoons lime juice
1 Tablespoons cilantro
8 (lg) Mission Multi-Grain Flour Wraps
Shredded Cheese & Sour Cream (optional)
Directions
1. Combine chili powder, oregano and cumin in small bow. Set aside.
2. Saute onion and garlic in oil. Add frozen vegetables and cook until thawed. Add black beans, sweet potato, lime juice, cilantro and spices.
3. Cook on low for 15 minutes until all flavors mix together. Serve 1/2 cup on each wrap and fold accordingly.
Nutrition based on a 210 calories wrap.
